It is my pleasure to inform you that the Government of Myanmar is organizing township selection consultation meetings in Ayeyarwady Region,Saging Region ,Kayin State and Shan State to assist in identifying the townships that will benefit from the National Community Driven Development Project (LuduBahopyu Project). We are inviting Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society Groups, Community Based Organizations and Development Partners with active programs in the respective Region/State to attend the meetings.
The township selection meeting for Sagaing Region will be held in Monywa Township on 9 May 2017.The meeting for Shan will be held in Taunggyi during May/ June. You find attached the agenda for the Sagaing meeting. Please note that meeting will be held in Myanmar language without translation.

လူထုအခြေပြုဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေး အမျိုးသား စီမံကိန်း ပဥ္စမနှစ် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ဧရာဝတီတိုင်းဒေသကြီး၊ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီးနှင့် ကရင်ပြည်နယ်တို့တွင် စီမံကိန်းမြို့နယ် နှစ်မြို့နယ်စီနှင့် ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်တွင် စီမံကိန်းမြို့နယ် သုံးမြို့နယ် ရွေးချယ်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် အကြံဉာဏ်ရယူခြင်း အစည်းအဝေးများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ပြည်နယ်၏ မြို့တော်များတွင် ကျင်းပသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ယင်းအစည်းအဝေးများသို့ တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ပြည်နယ်၊ ခရိုင်နှင့် မြို့နယ်အဆင့် ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ အစိုးရမဟုတ်သော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လူမှူအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လူထုအခြေပြု အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ တိုင်းရင်းသားကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့် ဒေသတွင်း ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးလုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်နေသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား ဖိတ်ကြားသွားမည် ဖြစ််ပါသည်။စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီးအတွက် မြို့နယ်ရွေးချယ်ခြယ်ခြင်း အစည်းအဝေးကို၂၀၁ရခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၉ ရက်နေ့တွင် မုံရွာမြို့၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်အတွက် မြို့နယ်ရွေးချယ်ခြင်း အစည်းအဝေးကို မေလ/ ဇွန်လအတွင်းတွင် တောင်ကြီးမြို့၌ ကျင်းပသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မြို့နယ်ရွေးချယ်ရေး အကြံဉာဏ်ရယူခြင်း အစည်းအဝေး အစီအစဉ်အား ဤစာနှင့်အတူ ပူးတွဲပေးပို့အပ်ပါသည်။ အစည်းအဝေးကို မြန်မာဘာသာ တစ်မျိုးတည်းဖြင့်သာ ဆောင်ရွက်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဘာသာပြန်ပေးမည့် အစီအစဉ် ပါဝင်ခြင်း မရှိပါ။
အစိုးရမဟုတ်သော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လူမှူအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လူထုအခြေပြု အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ဖွံဖြိုးရေးမိတ်ဘက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအနေဖြင့် မုံရွာမြို့တွင် ကျင်းပမည့် အစည်းအဝေးကို တက်ရောက်ရန် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားမှူရှိပါက cdd.drdmyanmar@gmail.com သို့ မေလ ၅ ရက်ထက် နောက်မကျစေဘဲ ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်းကြားပါရန်နှင့် တောင်ကြီးမြို့္မ္မတွင် ကျင်းပမည့် အစည်းအဝေး အစီအစဉ်ကို ဆက်လက်အကြောင်းကြားသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း လေးစားစွာ အကြောင်းကြားပါသည်။
