Invitation For Township Selection Consultation Meeting

Dear Colleagues;
It is my pleasure to inform you that the Government of Myanmar is organizing township selection consultation meetings in Regions/ States except Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory and Kayah State to assist in identifying the townships that will benefit from the National Community Driven Development Project (LuduBahopyu Project) implementing in 63 townships across Myanmar since 2013.
We are inviting Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society Groups, Community Based Organizations and Development Partners with active programs in the respective Region/State to attend the meetings.
The township selection meeting for Yangon Region will be held in Yangon on 25 February 2020. Please find attached the agenda for the Yangon meeting. Please note that meeting will be held in Myanmar language without translation.
Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society Groups, Community Based Organizations and Development Partners with an active program in Yangon Region and interested in participating in the meeting can contact us at cdd.drdmyanmar@gmail.com by 19 February. လူထုအခြေပြုဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေး အမျိုးသားစီမံကိန်းကို ၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ်မှစတင်၍ ပြည်ထောင်စုနယ်မြေ၊ နေပြည်တော် အပါအဝင် တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ပြည်နယ် (၁၅) ခုမှ မြို့နယ် (၆၃)မြို့နယ်တွင် အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ စီမံကိန်းအဌမနှစ်စက်ဝန်းတွင် ပြည်ထောင်စုနယ်မြေ၊နေပြည်တော်နှင့် ကယားပြည်နယ်တို့မှအပ ကျန်တိုင်းဒေသ ကြီး/ ပြည်နယ်များမှ မြို့နယ်တစ်မြို့နယ်စီဖြင့် စုစုပေါင်း မြို့နယ်(၁၃)မြို့နယ် တိုးချဲ့ဆောင်ရွက် သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည့် အတွက် မြို့နယ်ရွေးချယ်ရေးအကြံဉာဏ် ရယူခြင်းအစည်းအဝေးကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ ပြည်နယ်၏ မြို့တော်များတွင် ကျင်းပသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ယင်းအစည်းအဝးသို့ တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ ခရိုင်/ မြို့နယ်အဆင့် ဌာနဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ အစိုးရမဟုတ်သော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လူထုအခြေပြုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ တိုင်းရင်းသားကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၊ ဒေသတွင်း ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးလုပ်ငန်း ဆောင်ရွက်နေသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအား ဖိတ်ကြားသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီးအတွက် မြို့နယ်ရွေးချယ်ခြင်းအစည်းအဝေးကို ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ (၂၅) ရက်နေ့တွင် ရန်ကုန်မြို့၌ ကျင်းပသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အစည်းအဝေးအစီအစဉ်ကို ဤစာနှင့်အတူ ပေးပို့အပ်ပါသည်။ အစည်းအဝေးကို မြန်မာဘာသာတစ်မျိုးတည်းဖြင့်သာ ဆောင်ရွက်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဘာသာပြန်ပေးမည့်အစီအစဉ် ပါဝင်ခြင်းမရှိပါ။
အစိုးရမဟုတ်သောအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လူထုဗဟိုပြုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးမိတ်ဘက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအနေဖြင့် ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီးတွင်ကျင်းပမည့် အကြံဉာဏ်ရယူခြင်းအစည်းအဝေးကို တက်ရောက်ရန် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားမှုရှိပါက cdd.drdmyanmar@gmail.com သို့ ဖောဖော်ဝါရီလ (၁၉) ရက်နေ့ထက်နောက်မကျစေဘဲ ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်း ကြားပေးပါရန်နှင့် ရန်ကုန်မြို့အစည်းအဝေးအတွက် အချက်အလက်များနှင့် အစီအစဉ်များကို ဆက်လက် အကြောင်းကြားသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း လေးစားစွာအကြောင်းကြားပါသည်။
