Refresher Training on Financing and Communications for NCDDP project was held at the office of the Department of Rural Development in Mong Khet township of Shan State on January 5 and 6 respectively. Some 23 participants attended the training workshop led by NCDDP’s Financial Consultant Daw Deisi Win, Township Communications Officer Daw Khin Mar Htay, and Community Facilitator and Technical Facilitator.
