The Department of Rural Development is pleased to invite you to participate in the fourth annual union level Multi-Stakeholder Review (MSR) of the National Community Driven Development Project (NCDDP) in Nay Pyi Taw on 21-22 September 2017. The union level MSR will be held at the Myanmar International Convention Center II, MICC 2, Nay Pyi Taw. The objective of the MSR is to provide an open forum for all stakeholders to review experiences from the fourth project cycle and to design next year, the fifth project cycle. This event will bring together over 798 participants, including community representatives, township and union level project staff, civil society groups, government officials, and development partners. Implemented by the Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, NCDDP aims to enable poor rural communities to benefit from improved access to and use of basic infrastructure and services through a people-centered approach and to enhance the Government’s capacity to respond promptly and effectively to an eligible crisis or emergency. Since its inception in 2013, the NCDDP has financed over 7,695 sub-projects worth 66,714 million MMK in four community cycles, benefiting some 5,200,000 people in forty-seven rural townships. Beginning with the addition of 16 new townships in the fifth project cycle later this year, the project will enable to ultimately reach seven million people across 63 townships. A draft agenda is attached for your reference.   လူထုဗဟိုပြုစီမံကိန်း စတုတ္ထနှစ် နှစ်ပတ်လည် ပြည်ထောင်စုအဆင့် သက်ဆိုင်သူပေါင်းစုံပါဝင်သော သုံးသပ်ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ ဖိတ်ကြားလွှာ   ကျေးလက်ဒေသဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနကဦးစီး၍ လူထုအခြေပြုဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးအမျိုးသားစီမံကိန်း (လူထုဗဟိုပြုစီမံကိန်း)၏ စတုတ္ထနှစ် နှစ်ပတ်လည် ပြည်ထောင်စုအဆင့် သက်ဆိုင်သူပေါင်းစုံပါဝင်သောသုံးသပ်ဆွေးနွေးပွဲအခမ်းအနားကို ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ (၂၁) ရက်နေ့မှ (၂၂) ရက်နေ့အထိ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာကွန်ဗင်းရှင်းဗဟိုခန်းမ - ၂၊ နေပြည်တော်ကောင် စီနယ်မြေ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနား၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ တက်ရောက်လာသူအားလုံး စီမံကိန်းစတုတ္ထနှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံများအပေါ် ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ် ဆွေးနွေးရန်နှင့် လာမည့်ပဥ္စမနှစ် စီမံကိန်းစက်ဝန်း အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရာတွင် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေရန်အတွက် ဝိုင်းဝန်းအကြံပြု ဆွေးနွေးရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားသို့ ဖိတ်ကြားထားသူဦးရေ (ခန့်မှန်း) (၇၉၈) ဦးခန့် တက်ရောက်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျေးရွာလူထုကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုအဆင့်နှင့် မြို့နယ်အဆင့် စီမံကိန်းဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ အစိုးရဌာနဆိုင်ရာများမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးမိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများပါဝင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ စိုက်ပျိုးရေး၊ မွေးမြူရေးနှင့် ဆည်မြောင်းဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ကျေးလက်ဒေသဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနက အကောင်အထည် ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက် လျက်ရှိသည့် လူထုဗဟိုပြုစီမံကိန်း၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ကျေးလက်နေပြည်သူများအနေဖြင့် လူထုကိုဗဟိုပြုသော နည်းလမ်း အသုံးပြု၍ အခြေခံအဆောက်အဦများ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်တက်လာစေရန်၊ ထိုအခြေခံအဆောက် အုံများကို လက်လှမ်းမီအသုံးချ၍ အကျိုးခံစား ခွင့်ရရှိစေရန်နှင့် နိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရအနေဖြင့် အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေများတွင် လျင်မြန်စွာတုံ့ပြန်နိုင်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။ လူထုဗဟိုပြုစီမံကိန်းကို ၂ဝ၁၃ ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခဲ့ပြီး စီမံကိန်းစက်ဝန်းလေးခုအတွင်း မြို့နယ် (၄၇) မြို့နယ် တွင် စီမံကိန်းလုပ်ငန်းခွဲ (၇၆၉၅) အတွက် ထောက်ပံ့ငွေ ကျပ်သန်းပေါင်း (၆၆၇၁၄) ခန့် ထောက်ပံ့နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး အကျိုးခံစားရသူဦးရေ (၅၂၀၀၀၀၀) ခန့် ရှိပါသည်။ လာမည့်ပဥ္စမနှစ်တွင် မြို့နယ်အသစ် (၁၆) မြို့နယ် ဆက်လက်တိုးချဲ့ ဆောင်ရွက်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး စုစုပေါင်း ၆၃ မြို့နယ်ရှိ လူဦးရေ ၇ သန််းခန့်ကို အကျိုးပြုနိုင်လာမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ လူထုဗဟိုပြုစီမံကိန်း ပိုမိုတိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်စေရေးနှင့် ရေရှည်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရေးအတွက် ဤဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ တက်ရောက်၍ ကျွန်တော်တို့နှင့်အတူတကွ ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးပေးနိုင်ပါရန် လေးစားစွာဖိတ်ကြားအပ်ပါသည်။ တက်ရောက်ရန် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသည့် ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များနှင့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအနေဖြင့် ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ ၂ဝ၁၇ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ (၁၅) ရက်နေ့ထက်နောက်မကျဘဲ ဦးဝေယံထွန်း သို့မဟုတ် ဒေါ်အိစန္ဒာ cdd.drdmyanmar@gmail.com သိုု့ ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်းကြားပေးပါရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံအပ်ပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ သိရှိလိုပါကလည်း ဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါသည်။
