Both men and women will get equal wages for equal work in the NCDDP. This is because it is fundamental human rights and men and women are equally contributed for their time and effort at the same condition of work. In addition, equal work opportunities should be created for women and men and extra support should be provided so that women can participate in equal work with men. Therefore, whatever obstacles that hampers women to take part in needs to be eliminated. This principles applies to both work that is implemented by the community as well as work outsourced to contractors.
