Invitation for Township Socialization Workshop in Townships that will be implemented in 2015-2016 Fiscal Year.

It is my pleasure to inform you that the Department of Rural Development is organizing Township Socialization Workshop for CDD Project that will introduce about National Community Driven Development Project (Ludu Bahopyu Project), at five townships of Ayeyarwaddy Region, Sagaing Region and Bago Region which selected as project affected townships. The workshop will be held in City Hall of respective townships during December, 2015 as following schedule.

You find attached the tentative sample agenda for the socialization  workshop. Please note that workshop will be held in Myanmar language without translation except community sub-project circle.

Non-governmental organizations, civil society groups and development partners with an active program in Kayah State, Tanintharyi Region, Chin State and Mandaly Region and interested in participating in the township  workshops are being invited with respect in order to attend.
